Third Party Payment Processor
8.1 Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. JustLawDocs does not store, process, or maintain your full credit card or payment information.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable third-party processor to charge the designated payment method.
You agree that JustLawDocs is not responsible for:
- Payment processor errors
- Banking errors
- Declined transactions
- Fraudulent transactions
- Chargeback disputes initiated through your financial institution
Your use of payment services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the payment processor.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
9.1 Because all products are digital and access is provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after receiving access to digital products constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
If you initiate a chargeback after receiving access:
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account.
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
- You agree to reimburse JustLawDocs for any chargeback fees, processing fees, administrative costs, and collection costs incurred as a result of the dispute.
We reserve the right to provide documentation to financial institutions demonstrating access to and delivery of digital products.
Subscription Plans; Automatic Renewal; Billing; Dispute Resolution
10.1 Certain services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the following terms:
10.2 Automatic Renewal Authorization. Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.
By completing your purchase, you:
- Authorize JustLawDocs and its third-party payment processor to automatically charge your designated payment method for recurring Subscription fees at the then-current rate.
- Authorize recurring charges without additional notice or approval prior to each renewal.
- Acknowledge that this authorization remains in effect until you properly cancel your Subscription.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next billing cycle.
10.3 Billing and Payment Terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are due immediately upon billing.
All Subscription payments are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not subject to proration
- Not subject to credit for partial use
We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, or retroactive cancellations. Access remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next term.
10.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation:
- Stops future renewals
- Does not reverse previously billed charges
- Does not create a refund obligation
You are solely responsible for managing and canceling your Subscription prior to renewal.
10.5 Failed or Declined Payments. If a payment method fails, is declined, or is disputed:
- We may retry the charge.
- We may suspend or terminate access immediately.
- We may pursue recovery of unpaid amounts.
You remain responsible for all unpaid balances and any associated fees.
10.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute after receiving access to Subscription services constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, JustLawDocs reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account
- Recover the disputed amount
- Recover chargeback fees, administrative costs, processing fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees
- Submit evidence of digital access and delivery to the financial institution
10.7 Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify Subscription pricing at any time.
Price changes apply to future billing cycles.
Continued use of the Subscription after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
10.8 Dispute Resolution; Arbitration. Any dispute relating to Subscription billing, renewal, payment authorization, or chargebacks shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of these Terms.
However, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the Commonwealth of Virginia if the claim qualifies for such court and remains on an individual basis.
You waive the right to:
- Participate in class or collective actions
- Bring representative claims
- Demand a jury trial
All disputes must be brought individually.
10.9 Modification or Discontinuation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Subscription services at any time without liability.
Acceptance of Terms
11.1 By accessing or using the website of JustLawDocs, LLC (“JLD”) located at www.justlawdocs.org you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use this website.
User Accounts
12.1 Account Creation. To access certain features of the website, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
12.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify JLD immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
12.3 Account Termination. JLD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice.
Prohibited Activities
13.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

(b) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
(c) Transmitting any harmful or malicious code

Termination
16.1 JLD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
16.2 Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property and Trademarks
21.1 Ownership. All content on this website, including but not limited to templates, automation systems, branding, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of JLD or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
21.2 No Limited License. Users are not granted any license to use the intellectual property of JLD, LLC without express written consent as described herein.
21.3 Trademarks. JLD trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not JLD, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits JLD.
21.4 Restrictions. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by JLD Users may not:
(a) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit the website for any commercial purpose without express written consent of JLD.
(b) Use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing JLD’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of JLD, LLCs.
(c) Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of JLD, LLCs without express written consent.
Dispute Resolution
22.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States.
22.2 No Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
22.3 Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive dispute resolution mechanism.
22.4 Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, JLD reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
- Waive Trial by Jury. You waive the right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a jury trial
Limitation Period
23.1 Any claim arising out of or relating to the Website must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arises. Failure to file within this period permanently bars the claim.
No Refunds.
24.1 All products are digital. Access is provided immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No chargebacks.
License Restrictions
25.1 You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
- Resell documents
- Distribute documents
- Share login credentials
- Upload documents to another platform
- Use documents for commercial redistribution
Violation may result in termination and legal action.
Termination
26.1 We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Force Majeure
27.1 JustLawDocs shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Cyberattacks
- Internet service disruptions
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Acts of Terrorism
- Platform hosting failures
- Third-party service interruptions
During such events, performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure condition.
Indemnification
28.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustLawDocs and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:
- Your use of any document
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your failure to obtain legal advice
- Claims by third parties related to your use of documents
Severability
29.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Modifications to Terms
30.1 Updates. JLD, PLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
30.2 Continued Use. By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the website.
Electronic Communications & Consent
31.1 By using this Website, creating an account, or purchasing documents, you consent to receive communications electronically.
